Bowling Green Brandywine is looking for a full-time Maintenance Assistant
This position is responsible for providing facilities maintenance at our healthcare facility
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Entry level position, basic skills required
Must be willing to learn, advancement opportunities available
* Performs base building general maintenance task such as replacement and or repair of ceiling tiles, door hardware, restroom fixtures, lighting and general repairs to building finishes.
* Replacement to assets light fixtures and lighting controls.
* Know how to properly use hand tools assigned to his or her person.
* Performs trash pickup at the property.
* Keep all shop and mechanical areas organized and clean.
* Assist maintenance techs with projects
