QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Technical certificate/trade desirable (ex. HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certificate)
* Experience in building maintenance with knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, various mechanical, electronic and plumbing systems preferred
* Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
* Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
