Full time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Our maintenance staff play an important part keeping the facility and the grounds looking our best. Safety is our number one priority. If this sounds like the ideal culture you desire, we welcome the opportunity to work with you!
Current Openings: Full time, 40 hours per week
JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects. Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies. Demonstrates high standards of excellence by communicating effectively, establishing rapport, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and team members.
QUALIFICATIONS: - General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment
