Qualifications: Must have a valid drivers license. High school education preferred. 2 years experience in related field with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Essential Job Functions:
* Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of facility and equipment.
* Maintain the grounds of the facility.
* Assist with resident room changes and moves
