Job Summary:
Under general supervision, works to keep various locations such as Jethawks Stadium, Soccer Center, MOAH, The BLVD, LPAC, and other City facilities clean and in good operating condition.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Example of Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Perform minor repairs, including inspecting equipment and systems for preventative maintenance reasons
* Clean facilities/field/stadium
* Clear trees, minor weeding and tree-trimming
* Move equipment by using hand trucks, forklifts, and other tools
* Maintain reports pertaining to repairs and cleaning schedules
* Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge in areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry
Education and Experience:
* Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for acceptable job performance
* Currently enrolled in a college or university or trade school
* Certified Pesticide Applicators
