Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant at Sandstone Ridge, the crown jewel of West Texas!
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.
Sign-On Bonus of $500 after first 90 days of employment and an additional $500 after 180 days of employment!
Responsibilities
* Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
* Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
* Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
* Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
* Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
* Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family property management
* Possession of minimum tools required
* CPO and EPA Universal or Type II required
* Ability to be available on call 24 hours, seven days a week
* High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
* Valid Driver's License
