Job Summary:The Truck Stop Maintenance Employee is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the truck stop facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the truck stop facilities, including restrooms, parking areas, fuel pumps, and common areas.
- Repairs: Address minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and repairing fixtures.
- Cleaning: Ensure all areas are clean and presentable, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service equipment such as fuel pumps, air compressors, and vending machines.
- Safety Checks: Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to customers as needed, including directions and information about services.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
