Job Title: Maintenance Associate, Part-time (20 hrs/wk) Reports to: Maintenance DirectorLocation: St. William Parish | Naples, FL Classification: Hourly/Non-exemptOverviewSt. William Parish is looking for a part-time, second shift Maintenance Associate to assist with general maintenance of the Parish and Parish property. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for cleaning and maintenance of buildings and groundsSet up for events and meetings.Duties include but not limited to cleaning, vacuuming, bathrooms, windows for all buildings on campus.Adhere to proper cleaning methods, storage, and proper care of equipment and supplies.General maintenance regarding walls, doors, carpets, tile and minor repairs of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing. Lockdown facilities at the end of the day.Report all accidents and/or potential hazards to the Maintenance Director immediately.Observe and promote safe work practices and procedures by following local, state, and OSHA regulations.Other tasks as determined by the Maintenance Director.High School diploma or equivalent preferredMust have basic maintenance skillsPhysically capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to climb, bend, kneel, stretch, reachAbility to work indoors and outdoorsPhysically capable of climbing ladders in a safe mannerSelf-motivated individual able to work independentlyBi-lingual a plusMust pass Level II FDLE background check Must pass a post offer physical exam
