Maintenance B Construction (Day Shift)
: Job Details :

Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour. (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00 pm and 11:59 pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00 am-4:59 am) Assist in performing all phases of maintenance, including electrical mechanical systems (i.e. fabricating, welding, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and performing required preventative maintenance. Maintain required records, reporting in writing any uncorrected mechanical/electrical defects and replacement parts to the supervisor. Direct/instruct subordinate employees still in training (e.g. Maintenance Mechanic C and Trainee). Qualifications. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Climb ladders and stairs. Work from ladders/scaffold. Work in pits. Bend, kneel and walk frequently. Lift 50 pounds. Move heavy objects. Work in high places. Work in silos. Be familiar with all phases of maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems.
