We are seeking high-performing individuals who are interested in contributing their talents to an innovative and growing company.Location: Ardmore, OklahomaSUMMARY Coordinates maintenance M3 activity for the manufacturing plant and distribution center. Includes interfacing with all shifts and with other departments.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures.
  • Close M3 work orders upon approval from a maintenance supervisor or superintendent.
  • Scanning in of work orders, managing the storage files and sending needed information on equipment calibration completion to our ISO department.
  • Generate and sort PM work orders for shifts.
  • Work closely with maintenance personnel and leadership to coordinate and complete PM audits.
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining equipment documentation and schematics.
  • Work with the tool crib to perform initial inspections and acceptance of motors, cylinders, valves, etc.
  • Attend department meetings for documenting meeting notes.
  • Posting meeting notes on information board.
  • Keeping information board up to date.
  • Assist with coordinating and posting department training schedules.
  • Help to monitor environmental work orders for completion on time using DOMO and M3.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent, required.Basic computer competency - Microsoft Excel, Word, email, etc. required; CMMS or other complex database experience preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak effectively one-on-one or before groups and present information and respond to questions.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.COMPUTER SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a high level of proficiency with personal computers and knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS N/AMECHANICAL SKILLS Mechanical skills including the ability to identify maintenance parts and materials (such as pumps, motors, valves, electrical parts, etc.); blueprint reading, and use of various measurement tools required.
