Responsibilities
- Minor maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, janitorial, painting, some carpentry and grounds work
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- A driver's license and clean driving record is required
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Well organized, enjoy working with the public, able to work alone or as part of a team
