We are looking for a great communicator who is organized, practical, and driven as a Maintenance Coordinator. This person will be responsible for overseeing the care of 250 vacation properties in Sunriver Oregon. This person will be an expert communicator and have extraordinary project management skills. This role is critical to maintaining the 24/7 care of our properties and ensuring a positive relationship with both our homeowners and guests. Our Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling all service work needing to be completed at over 250 vacation rentals, which includes communicating and scheduling with our four in-house maintenance techs, local contractors, and working with the homeowners to ensure we are doing the work exactly as they wish. This person MUST be very organized, have extraordinary typing and communication skills, be a fast learner, and must be willing to do whatever it takes to see the job through.
We are in the hospitality business which is fast paced and a ton of fun. Here a few unique requirements: - We take vacations during the off season. We work when everyone else is on vacation. - We work weekends. We work hard to make sure you have a consistent schedule with 2 days off in a row. - We take on-call. Our guests and homeowners need us 24/7. This role will be on-call 1-2 days per week. - We work together in our office. In rare cases you may be able to work from home, but 99% of the time you will be working out of our office in Sunriver.
