Job DescriptionMaintenance coordinators are responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, stocking inventory, and providing administrative support to maintenance supervisors and technicians. Additionally, maintenance coordinators manage third-party contractors such as plumbers and electricians to accomplish maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a backup for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ensuring data is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Verify the successful completion of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with work orders, planned vs. actual hours, tools, materials, and safety requirements.
- Record and track completed work orders, identifying opportunities for improvements or necessary changes.
- Monitor and report work order status and planned start dates, ensuring timely execution.
- Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance (PMs), and project-related tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and documentation.
QualificationsRequirements:
- 3-5 years of manufacturing plant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
