Duties include but are not limited to:Complete order revisions weeklyGenerate, print, distribute, pick up and enter in SAP all PM's weeklyEnter completed work orders into SAP dailyUpdate and create PM's and job plans as needed for new equipment/modificationsTrack all past due maintenance workManage Maintenance schedules and calendarsAssist with staffing activitiesReport weekly and monthly metricsReport metrics numbers and downtime events for Southern Lumber scorecardMaintain required monthly safety data for Maintenance, Electrical, Utility, and Mobile teamsUpdate monthly Intervention scorecard dataTrack Planner data/labor trades utilizationRun End-of-Day report for verificationMaintain records for weekly Manager meetingsSupport site projects/activitiesSupport Reliability systems & SMP's (RCA reporting, Setup training for teams)Support Planning department with Kitting workAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED4 years of administrative work experience OR an equivalent combination of education/work experience documented with attached resumeAbility to work and communicate with sensitive confidential informationAbility to work in a collaborative and team-based environmentProficient in the use of computer software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple priorities efficientlyWilling and able to work overtime or flex schedule when neededStrong work ethic, good judgment, and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, verbal and electronic communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Continuous improvement mindsetIdeal candidate is a self-starter, shows initiative, and is a team playerAble to prepare and maintain confidential informationPreferred QualificationsDegree in Maintenance, Business, or related fieldComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience, like SAPPrior leadership experiencePlanner/scheduler experienceExperience in the industrial manufacturing industry strongly preferred Post Application Requirements:Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screenCompensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $48,175-$72,193 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
