As the Assistant Director of Maintenance, you will supervise staff within the department.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the interior and exterior maintenance of the building.
Manage departmental tasks.
Must be able to respond to facility off hours if needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Some experience in building maintenance is desirable, basic plumbing, electrical and some exposure to boiler systems is suggested.
