Textile Manufacturing Electrician (1st Shift)Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - 19.68 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, referral bonus, training program, and moreThis position requires the ability to (this is not a complete job description):
  • Electrical experience (minimum 3-5 years commercial/residential)
  • Experience running conduit, installing lines, boxes, outlets & lighting required
  • work safely in a fast-paced, team structured manufacturing environment
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Computer Experience
  • Forklift license. Training provided as needed
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, evenings and off shift hours as needed
  • meet or exceed company quality standards
  • maintain regular and predictable attendance 95%
  • comply with company processes and procedures
  • follow verbal and written instructions
  • stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products weighing up to 50 lbs. as well as physically demanding heavy work
  • Able to work in uncontrolled climate experiencing significant variations
  • work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
  • perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
  • ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
  • provide a valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • successfully complete drug and background screenings
