Overview: Job Type: Full-time year-round Position Level: Entry Level Schedule Requirments: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weeknds, and holidays to meet business needs. Responsibilities: Ensures the proper electrical maintenance and safe operating condition of all park rides. Performs inspection, maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs electrical work on rides, ride control systems, computer, and PLC. Installs electrical conduit and wiring; cleans electrical equipment and components; maintains controls and motors on rides; maintains ride lighting; maintains ride solid state drives. Modifies electrical/electronic systems as needed to ensure ride safety and efficiency. Reviews technical documents, blueprints, schematics, catalogs, etc., as needed to support ride maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation work. Prepares and/or maintains inspection sheets, daily work records, downtime records, modification forms, various other reports, records, logs, etc. Interacts with and communicates with various groups and individuals, such as the immediate supervisor, other Park managers and staff, co-workers, guests, vendors, contractors, inspectors, etc. Qualifications: Three to five years experience preferred Electrical field experience in controls including PLC's, AC/DC drives, proximity switches, etc.; Allen Bradley experience helpful Experience with three phase medium voltage power systems up to 13,000 Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics and ladder logic Must have computer experience, Microsoft Office preferred Must have good written and verbal skills A Journey or Master Electrician License is helpful Ability to climb to heights of 350 feet Driver's License
