We are looking for a 2nd shift ElectroMechanical Maintenance Tech for a high-quality commercial heating and cooling equipment located in Madison GA. If you have experience and trouble shooting skills in single and three phase electrical systems up through 480 Volts. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics for three phase circuits with various control devices and ability to troubleshoot such circuits. Experience in brazing, HVAC systems, pneumatics, welding and mechanical maintenance, and CNC machinery & electric fork lift repair we want to talk to yousalary: $62,400 - $68,640 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 4:30 PM - 3 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesPlans and lays out work from blueprints, drawings, other written specifications and/or oral instructions. Selects materials, equipment, and tools to be used. Uses hand and/or portable power tools. Sets up and operates the full range of shop equipment and machines of each trade, working to close tolerances, and uses appropriate standard and specialized measuring and testing instruments. Has to be an expert on TWO or more of the below Skilled trades outlined: Electrical Work - Maintains electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment. Pipefitting - Modifies and repairs high-pressure piping systems, hydraulic systems, steam generators, flash and expansion tanks, condensate, vacuum, and circulating pumps Sheet Metal Work - Forms, joins, assembles and installs items & systems such as heating, air-conditioning, ventilating pipes, conduits, and othersystems w/ combined straight and curved edges or irregular curves and planes.
