- Adhere to, standard operating procedures (SOP's) and policies and procedures.
- Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items in guest rooms and public areas.
- Monitors work load and advises supervisor of work overload.
- Assists other Engineers and Mechanics in repairs.
- Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Engineering Shop.
- Ensure adherence to all OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and procedures.
- Prepares daily work forms.
- Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying potential problems and resolving same.
- Responds to maintenance requests.
- Ensures a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
- Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls of the company.
- Leads by setting a positive example to all associates.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
