The RoleDoncaster's Structural Castings of Oxford (DSCO) is excited to announce that they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team on 1st Shift based in Oxford, AL.This is an exciting opportunity. It's not just a job. This is a full-time Exempt position.When joining the team as a Maintenance Engineer, this individual willuse their expertise and experience to support the organization in achieving its operational successes.Deadlines will be met with accurate and precise detail to optimize the business objectives while aligning with customer specifications. The Engineer will assist the Facilities Manager in improving and maintaining the integrity of the facility, equipment, processes and CMMS system. Also, they will Support the Facilities Manager and maintenance team to achieve departmental goals and training while maintaining stock items, ordering replacement parts and critical spares for machinery, and leading maintenance team members on small tasks and projects. This person will also assist in various aspects of development and lends technical assistance to various departments while complying with all EHS, OSHA, and NEC rules, regulations, and guidelines.This individual with be self-motivated with the ability to work with employees and our Management Team to become a part of a successful Industrial Casting Company with a good work life balance.This is a key component to our Maintenance, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic team members.
