As a key team member, you'll be entrusted with a broad range of engineering responsibilities - from HVAC systems to plumbing and electrical repairs, while playing an essential role in supporting the day-to-day and event operations of our vibrant facility.What You'll Do:
- System Operation & Maintenance: Oversee the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, ensuring they're always in top shape. You'll manage temperature calibrations, equipment testing, and record keeping.
- Hands-On Repairs: Respond to work requests for plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, painting, and kitchen equipment maintenance to keep our facility running at its best.
- Preventive Care: Perform routine preventive maintenance to extend equipment life, including filter changes, lubrication, and cleaning of pumps, motors, and fans.
- Energy Efficiency Initiatives: Implement energy conservation measures, proactively addressing operational efficiencies.
- Public-Facing Role: As a visible member of the engineering team, you'll contribute to our public image, maintaining a helpful and professional demeanor during events.

What You'll Bring:
- Education & Experience: A high school diploma or GED with a background in a skilled trade such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, or carpentry.
