We are looking for a motivated and experienced Foreman.
Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for a working foreman to join our team and oversee the maintenance and cleaning of our facilities. As a working foreman, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
* Supervising and training the staff members assigned to your shift
* Performing routine inspections and repairs of the building systems and equipment
* Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
* Coordinating with other departments and contractors as needed
* Reporting any issues or incidents to the management
* Managing inventory and ordering supplies
* Handling customer complaints and requests
* Maintaining records and logs of work performed
* Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback
* Implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
* Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry.
* - At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field
* - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* - A friendly, positive, and professional attitude and appearance
* - The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* - The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* - The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
* - The ability to pass a background check and drug test

* Position 1 Schedule: 5pm - 12:30AM
* Position 2 Schedule: 12:00PM - 8:00 PM
