This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position has a start rate of $26.33/hr. Responsibilities. Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. Lubricating, rebuilding, and replacing parts. Cleaning machinery. Assist engineering and plant staff with the specification, installation, and modification of integrated systems. Provide technical support for all phases of the operation. Perform additional tasks as needed to include, but not limited to cross training on other machines and/or in other areas. Requirements. Must have at least 1 year of maintenance work experience in a manufacturing facility having previously worked in electrical and mechanical fields or have equivalent technical school experience in those fields.
