About the roleSIGN-ON BONUS - $2,000 (1/3 after 1 month, 1/3 after 6 months, 1/3 after 1 year) The Maintenance Helper is a motivated worker who cleans, sweeps, and tidys up in a diesel maintenance shop. They ensure all spills are cleaned up and all walkways are kept clear and safe.Responsibilities:
- Cleaning up spills of oil, hydraulic oil etc.
- Make sure all points of entrance and exit are cleared and always cleaned.
- Sweeping all the bays, walkways, and offices
- Cleaning walls, floors, windows
- Power washing heavy duty trucks, trailers, and equipment
- General Housekeeping and keeping general shop area clean.
- Picking up parts from vendor locations
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to pick up 40lbs or more.
- Ability to understand and carry out multiple tasks.
The expected hourly pay rate for this position is $21.00.This is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The final salary will consider various factors, including experience, ability, and location.
