Position Summary: This position is responsible for overall building maintenance and upkeep of three warehouse facilities. Employee is responsible for maintaining the facilities systems and warehouse handling equipment. Job Responsibilities: Perform routine, comprehensive, and preventative maintenance tasks Inspect warehouse handling equipment and racking systems Maintain forklift fleet Troubleshoot problems related to malfunctioning equipment Perform millwright duties Enhanced rigging duties Respond in a timely manner to service requests by fellow colleagues Ability to read spec sheets and blue prints Ensure accuracy of maintenance records Must be able to lift heavy items (50 lbs. unassisted), bend, kneel, stand, climb and work at elevated heights Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures Report all injuries, illnesses, near misses, damage or other issues timely Assist warehouse staff for the purpose of maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred Enhanced millwright and mechanical skills Actively participate in all ADM required Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance programs Promote the ADM Way and core Values Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Understand written procedures and write routine documents Strong reading skills Strong attention to detail Strong leadership skills Mechanical diagnostic abilities Millwright certification or extensive experience preferred HVAC certification is preferred Electrical systems knowledge is preferred ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
