Weekday Shifts: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM -- 2:45 PM Primary Function - Maintenance and repair of Process Carts Individual must be able to perform preventive maintenance and repairs to process carts. Perform work order requests that are semi-skilled maintenance level as assigned by the planning/scheduling group. Job Description:Competencies:
- Basic Mechanical Theory
- Basic / Intermediate Fabrication Skills.
- Competent use of Power and hand tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to interface with customers in a professional manner
- Safe work practices/procedures
- Ability to pass a verbal, written, and hands on maintenance assessment test
- Problem Solving - Defining problems and bring about viable solutions.

- Documentation (work orders, time worked, spare parts, job plans, work instructions, etc.)

- Performing assigned preventative and predictive maintenance assigned by supervision or management.
- Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by on site customer
- Prepare and set up equipment for production after repair
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related maintenance fabrication experience,
- Applicable Mechanical Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience of fabrication equipment operation.
- Previous experience in an automotive industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
