Overview
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation and controls systems
- Work with machine brands such as Allen Bradley and Siemens
- Ensure the smooth operation of conveyor systems and other equipment
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and repair Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Calibrate and maintain instrumentation and controls systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and engineers
- Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records
Qualifications
- Experience working with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Conveyor Systems, and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Familiarity with machine brands such as Allen Bradley and Siemens
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
