- Reviews data in Mapcon to ensure data integrity
- Ensure that all physical and digital copies of documentation are organized in a systematic manner
- Assist Drafter/Designer with reviewing existing drawings using AutoCAD and marking up drawings or sketches.
- Work with Maintenance Engineers and Project Engineers to create and maintain assets in CMMS software.
- Assist the Engineering Department with entering in thorough and accurate information into the CMMS software.
- Work directly with Reliability Team to develop efficient and effective PM's
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThere will be no direct reports associated with this position.Some tasks may require coordination and supervision of contractors.Work ScheduleMonday through Friday.Typical starting time is 7:00 am. - Must be organized, detail-oriented, time sensitive and possess a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of drafting principles,
- Ability to read and develop technical drawings,
- Ability to access all areas of facility to include work at heights and in tight spaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2006 or higher preferred; but not required
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate the CMMS software
- Ability to recognize and organize industrial instrumentation documents (Siemens, Drawings,...) driven by the Lesaffre Standards.
Education and/or Experience
- Must be enrolled in an Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Drafting Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with food/beverage industry is preferred, but not required.
- Project management experience is preferred, but not required.
