Crittenton Services is currently seeking a full-time maintenance/janitorial worker. Responsibilities will include landscaping/grounds maintenance, basic vehicle upkeep, simple construction tasks, and general janitorial duties. The role may involve traveling in a company vehicle to various sites across West Virginia for maintenance purposes.Benefits for Full-Time Employees:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to do heavy work and have two year experience in janitorial/ maintenance procedures, including electrical and plumbing experience.
- Must be of good character, able to work with others in a residential setting.
- Must be capable of assisting in the servicing, upkeep, and minor mechanical repair of agency equipment including vehicles.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel weekly as needed to various agency sites statewide
- Applicants must be at least 23 years old per the WV licensing requirement and pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
- Janitorial responsibilities for the Administrative Offices, Residential Administrative Offices, and all Residential buildings include but are not limited to: vacuuming/waxing floors, emptying trash, dusting/cleaning furniture, cleaning/sanitizing restrooms, window cleaning and yard care.
- Perform the following maintenance activities:
- Maintain oversight of all facilities, houses, grounds and vehicles through routine inspection process.
- Conduct repairs/maintenance of all buildings, vehicles, and grounds.
- Maintain an ongoing record of routine oversight and maintenance routines, as well as needed repairs, via an established documentation process.
- Complete basic construction work as required.
- Responsible for the purchase, inventory, storage, and tracking of supplies, tools, and materials needed for maintenance activities.
- Participate in a one week, on-call rotation with other members of department to field emergency situations during evening and weekend hours.
- Complete maintenance tasks on an as-needed, scheduled basis at off-campus Wellspring Family Services locations
- Will travel to various sites throughout the state weekly as needed to provide routine and preventive maintenance as well as any urgent maintenance. Estimated at one day per week but will be based on need.
