The Doubletree Hotel in Bay City is looking for a qualified individual to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time position Responsibilities include:
- maintaining building
- exterior and equipment on a daily basis
- Skills to include but not limited to
- basic knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, painting
- wallpaper
- pool maintenance
- HVAC
- exterior maintenance
- landscaping and good people skills
- Basic knowledge in these fields is a must
