Responsible for all equipment & facility maintenance activity as scheduled through maintenance manager, preventative maintenance program or capital projects as outlined by the Plant Manager.SPECIFIC JOB TASKS:Ensures that work orders are completed as required.Assures that adequate spare parts are maintained in the facility for repairs.Maintains preventative maintenance agreements as they pertain to the operations of the facility.Reviews and approves all maintenance agreements as they pertain to the operations of the facility.Ensures equipment is maintained as required.Reports on all outstanding maintenance issues that may affect production.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess previous experience in a manufacturing facility. Must have previous maintenance experience. Must complete training requirements as outlined in competency training matrix. Must be willing to be available on an on-call basis as needed and have the willingness to work any shift to ensure projects are completed. Overtime is available.This facility is a chemical plating factory.
