Responsibilities:- Routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner- Supervise and coordinate thework of external contractors or vendors when necessary- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities using a CMMS- Provide excellent customer serviceJob RequirementsQualifications:- Experience with general maintenance and repair work- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems- Ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints- Proficient in using CMMS software- Strong leadership abilities to supervise external contractors or vendors- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and provide exceptional customer service
