River Dunes Marina & Harbor Club is looking to fill a Maintenance role. River Dunes Marina & Harbor Club boasts 14 miles of pristine waterfront, award-winning coastal architecture and a top-rated marina, situated in an unparalleled location on the Pamlico Sound, Intracoastal Waterway and the mouth of the Neuse River.Your primary duties will focus on maintaining and preventative maintenance for our homes, buildings, equipment, grounds and community. Working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing, grounds maintenance, electrical, painting, pool, and spa maintenance, etc. Our maintenance team is also responsible for helping to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our grounds, including trash removal, window washing, etc.Must be reliable, have a good work ethic and positive/friendly outlook, excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, and able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Background checks are required.
