The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. Skills/ Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or related field preferred- Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or related field- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints- Ability to communicate effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Ability to work independently and in a team environment-Monday-Friday Schedule with Nights and Weekends Emergency on-call- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation....Maintenance, Property Management
