As a Maintenance Lead, you will perform preventative maintenance activities on all existing equipment.The Royal Group's mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers.Essential Job Functions:Troubleshoot, maintain or repair balers, conveyors, forklifts, loaders, and other equipment. Perform some welding and fabrication.Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.Set up and operate machine tools such as grinders, drills, and milling machines to repair or fabricate machine parts, fixtures, and tools.Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.Ability to operate the Cogz Maintenance system.Requirements:High School diploma or GED.Previous industrial mechanical experience required.Previous experience in working with corrugated packaging equipment such as flexo folder gluers, rotary diecutters, balers, conveyors, unitizers, and load formers is a plus.Previous supervisory experience is also a plus.Must be willing to join the Carpenters' Union.Competitive salary and excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, and 401K plan with match and immediate participation.Our organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
