Directs and coordinate activities of vendors and workers engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment; and in maintenance of building, grounds and utilities of the plant or other buildings and new construction, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Maintenance lead will be expected while performing this job to frequently engage in team work and to train subordinates with necessary duties in the maintenance department regarding proper and through repairs essential to minimize down time. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Exhibits proficiency in performing regular adjustments, calibrations and repair work in response to department demands both during product and non-production hours. Responds to emergency breakdowns and needs in a timely manner with OSHA Lockout/ Tagout and Company safety regulations.
