job summary: Global Manufacturer is seeking a permanent Maintenance Lead. This position is located near Bethel, Pennsylvania. This position oversee a small team as well as perform electrical & mechanical maintenance on various automated production equipment. This is a day shift, M-F, 7a-3p. The hourly rate is commensurate with experience up to $40/hr plus excellent health & retirement benefits. - Perform the proper function of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements on production, packaging and processing equipment, and utility systems.
- Successfully perform troubleshooting on Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems.
- Accurately read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Perform preventative maintenance (i.e., conducting computerized preventative maintenance check-ups or reading SPC charts and data) as needed
