**Job Title: Maintenance Lead**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Lead will oversee one additional tech helper for the entire machine shop. This role is responsible for all aspects of maintenance, facilities, and equipment, including CNC lasers/benders, saws, drill press,powder coating machine, hydraulic/pneumatic systems. A lot of the CNC equipment has vendor support. This individual will coordinate with outside vendors on various needs and maintain the PM schedule. Candidates need their own general tools; specialty tools can be ordered. Flexibility and a willingness to perform various tasks are crucial. First Shift: 6am to 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday). Summary: Oversee and perform work involving maintenance, diagnostic, and mechanical machine repair to maintain factory equipment and the facility.

**Work Environment**
Small Machine Shop environment - 41 employees. Not climate controlled but equipped with a lot of fans. Generally clean for the type of work they do.
