Job DescriptionMaintenance LeadKraft Heinz Company Mason City, IAThe Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Maintenance Lead to work at our production facility in Mason City, IA. Ideal candidates must be safety- and quality-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to work overtime as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background and electrical, mechanical, or automation experience

Work Schedule:

• Core schedule is 40 hours per week, M-F
• Works overtime as required
• Flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts as required

Job Overview: This employee will own results for technical training of the team, defect-handling system, execution of the 52-week plan, and MRO costs for the process. This employee will actively participate in annual planning, weekly PDCA meetings, and daily level 2 meetings. This employee will coach and develop the maintenance capability of teams by serving as a technical coach and resource and spends time on the floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion over the past 24 hours. Works to continuously improve the routes and action plans by surrounding CBM and improve the content and standardization of the Bill of Material (BOM). Works to continuously improve PM work instructions, task list, checklist, maintenance planning, scheduling and kitting, strategies, and orders parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.Responsibilities & Duties: Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and preventative types of maintenance on various high-speed and packaging machinery
• Troubleshooting
• Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts
• Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule

• Understands principle-centered coaching leadership and humble questioning
• Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process
• Organize and execute duties as directed by the owner of the process
• Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low-cost, high-quality producer
• Ensure the quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
• Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities, and QRMP operating procedures
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
• Works overtime as necessary
• Performs other related duties as assigned
