We are seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Man to join our team! This person will work Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Task Description: Have extensive knowledge of all maintenance tasks; HVAC Certified Must be able to perform work requests in a timely and efficient manner; Be a team player; Cleaning and maintaining common areas; Performing light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and painting; Monitoring the security of the facility and reporting any maintenance or security issues to management; Maintaining cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures; Have plumbing and electrical knowledge; Troubleshoot and Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment; Must have some drywall experience; HVAC tech a plus; Installation of new appliances as needed; Ensure work orders are completed on a timely basis; Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times; Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws; and Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years of lead maintenance experience; Must be HVAC Certified Have own tools; Texas Driver's License and Transportation Mandatory; MEP Certified a Plus; Punctuality is a must; Must have professional standards and have great customer service values; and Must be available after hours/weekends for emergencies on call.
