Job Description - Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Oversee and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program to extend the life of equipment and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and service histories.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the maintenance department.

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
What's on Offer - Base salary $115,000 - $135,000 depending on level of experience
