  • Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
  • Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Oversee and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program to extend the life of equipment and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and service histories.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the maintenance department.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
What's on Offer
  • Base salary $115,000 - $135,000 depending on level of experience
