Job Description:

Maintenance Manager - $300+ Million Growing Manufacturing Company - East Stroudsburg, PA

Overview:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of plant equipment and systems to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency. Support company policies, goals, and objectives.

Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 + Quarterly Bonuses (Production/True Profit Share).

*A maximum of $10,000 sign-on bonus will be provided for candidates relocating.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on setting objectives, planning, and performance reviews.

- Implement and manage a maintenance program emphasizing best practices and preventive maintenance.

- Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate reordering.

- Maintain and repair maintenance shop equipment.

- Establish and manage a computerized maintenance management system.

- Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements.

- Assist in hiring and supervising maintenance and janitorial personnel.

- Conduct performance reviews and ensure compliance with HR principles.

- Train and motivate maintenance technicians.

- Communicate maintenance issues and company goals effectively.

- Update operating and training manuals.

- Improve plant equipment efficiency and reduce operating costs.

- Ensure facility cleanliness and landscaping.

- Track maintenance parameters and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Coordinate with other departments and QC personnel on maintenance and quality control.

- Uphold high integrity and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Support management initiatives and foster cooperative teamwork.

- Manage employee performance and adherence to policies.

- Lead team-building efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications seeking:

- Proficient in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor control, and supervisory roles.

- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Proficient in design, mechanical systems, and electronics.

- Skilled in computer hardware/software and judgment/decision-making.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle stressful situations.

- Must be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
