MK Recruit is delighted to be sourcing a Maintenance Manager for our clients manufacturing facility in Delaware.
We are looking for:
- A dynamic and highly driven Maintenance Manager who has proven experience working within manufacturing sector.
- Team management experience within a manufacturing or Engineering facility is is essential. Preferably a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Military background would also be attractive.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO9001 management systems
- Experience working in a hazardous environment would be highly advantageous however we can consider most manufacturing including food and beverage manufacturing.
- Experience leading CAPEX projects
Responsibilities
- Manage site wide maintenance function
- Ensure plant equipment is operational and maintained at all times
- Management of small maintenance team and external contractors
- Ensuring maintenance schedule is in place, updated regularly and that any planned maintenance work is scheduled in order of priority
- Project management of site wide capital projects
