Our client in Donora, PA is looking for a Maintenance Manager: - Lead, and manage a team of 6-8 maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of all plant equipment. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including logic controllers and other automation technologies - Oversee and perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on pneumatic equipment and systems. - Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs for automation processes, ensuring proper system functionality. - Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies for all maintenance activities. - Ensure all documentation related to maintenance activities, including work orders and safety protocols, is up to date. Job Requirements Job Requirements: - experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. - Proven experience troubleshooting automated circuitry and electrical systems. - Strong knowledge of pneumatic equipment and systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance. - Proficiency with PLCs, including programming, troubleshooting, and modifications (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent). - Experience developing and executing preventive maintenance programs. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
