Our client in Donora, PA is looking for a Maintenance Manager:- Lead, and manage a team of 6-8 maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of all plant equipment.- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including logic controllers and other automation technologies- Oversee and perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on pneumatic equipment and systems.- Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLCs for automation processes, ensuring proper system functionality.- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns.- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies for all maintenance activities.- Ensure all documentation related to maintenance activities, including work orders and safety protocols, is up to date.Job RequirementsJob Requirements:- experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.- Proven experience troubleshooting automated circuitry and electrical systems.- Strong knowledge of pneumatic equipment and systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.- Proficiency with PLCs, including programming, troubleshooting, and modifications (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent).- Experience developing and executing preventive maintenance programs.- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
