Our client has an immediate position opening for a Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team in a highly automated, 24/7 operation. This position is located in our Rochester, NY facility. You will manage all aspects of the maintenance function to enable the reliable manufacture and distribution of all products. Your responsibilities will include: Organize and manage maintenance staff to support production in a 24 hour 7 day per week operation; Recruit, retain and develop mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production equipment and processes; Remain current with latest technology related to the manufacture of products; Remain current with latest and emerging industry regulations and codes relative to mechanical and electrical systems design and operation; Comply with site mechanical and electrical standards to improve production OEE and utility reliability; Utilize CMMS to optimize asset utilization through scheduled preventive maintenance of asset useful life; Provide leadership in utility cost reduction including periodic usage reports to Senior Management to demonstrate progress; Collaborate with Project Engineering to design, specify, plan, implement and omission capital projects and ensure the delivery of project scope on-time and on-budget which meet agreed stakeholder expectations; Responsible for Food Safety and the reassessment for adequacy of the HACCP Plan (pre-requisites) at least annually and whenever any changes occur that could affect its hazard analysis or alter the HACCP Plan.Leadership: Lead a team of 25-30 techs in a fast paced high tech manufacturing environment!
