Maintenance Manager

Our client needs an experienced leader with an established skill set and a desire to learn and grow. You will direct the analysis of mechanical and operational plant equipment and lead your team in all safety programs. You are expected to work and communicate with the Engineers as needed. You will prepare purchase orders and work with outside contractors and vendors. You will create and maintain predictive and preventative maintenance programs.You will need experience with hydraulics, compressors, mechanics, and troubleshooting PLCs. Experience with screw compressors, evaporative towers and ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. College Degree is required for this role. You can expect to work about 50 hours a week.
