Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in manufacturing to lead the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and improvement of plant equipment and facilities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency. The role involves developing and implementing maintenance policies, managing a team, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the overall activities of the maintenance department, including the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager and other departments to address operational needs, resolve equipment issues, and improve system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, and promote a culture of safety throughout the facility.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, diagnose issues, and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements of equipment and facilities.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs, installations, or equipment purchases.
• Track and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a must, with at least [insert number] years of relevant experience.
