Job Description:

MAAX Bath (American Bath Group) is searching for an ideal candidate that provides ownership assuring the maintenance department follows the processes for sustainable and reliable plant operation. The Maintenance Manager serves as the driver in the facilitating and implementation of a reliability-based culture. This includes leading multiple cross-functional teams to obtain specific objectives. The Maintenance Manager will also devote much of their effort to failure elimination and ensuring planning, scheduling and work execution processes are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a safe working environment.
  • Ensures that the core values of the company are being met and followed (Housekeeping, Safety, Machine Reliability, Quality and Customer Service).
  • Motivates, trains, coaches, develops, evaluates, and provides feedback to team members on their performance.
  • Leads development of process and procedures to improve the equipment and process reliability.
  • Coordinates RCFA's related to equipment reliability and safety.
  • Manages maintenance cost to meet financial objectives.
  • Manages and Executes Capital Expense Projects.
  • Ensures maintenance inventory is adequality maintained.
  • Audits the maintenance organization for discipline in adhering to processes in asset strategy, CMMS, work order completion, planning and scheduling, PM and PdM. and corrects deficiencies.
  • Coordinate training programs to make sure groups are properly trained and employees have the tools and training to do their job successfully.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College Graduate with 5 Years' experience in an industrial environment preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Electrical, Mechanical, and Programmable Logic Controllers.
  • Experience with robotic controls including using teach pendant.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and lead cross functional groups in solving complex problems.
  • Motivates, trains, coaches, develops, evaluates, and provides feedback to team members.
