The Job: Our Maintenance Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and you'll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include:
Performing general maintenance of HVAC
Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry,
Drywall,
Appliances,
Exterior structure,
Swimming pools
Directing and supervising maintenance staff
Purchasing materials
Budgeting
Snow removal
Customer service
Promotes quality living for all residents.
Direct and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, delegating work, and monitoring workflow.
Train and coach maintenance technicians. Good attendance is a must.
The Details: Our Maintenance Managers should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have Maintenance Supervisor Experience - Pool Certified
HVAC certification required.
CPO preferred.
3 years supervisor experience.
Knowledge of Yardi preferred
Basic tools of the trade
Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Proven knowledge of various aspects of maintenance.
